Brian's roots run deep in the Northwest, with his family homesteading near Damascus as early as 1852. Born and raised in Salem, he pursued his passion for finance at Oregon State University, where he earned a degree in Investment Finance and a minor in Computer Science. Brian launched his career at Waddell & Reed’s Portland office in 1986, starting as a Financial Advisor before rising to a managerial role. In 1998, he was entrusted with overseeing advisors across the Northwest and Alaska—a role that perfectly suited his love for fly fishing and his commitment to financial planning.

Over the years, Brian has been a valued presence at Bridgetown Wealth Management, sharing his expertise with countless clients on a variety of topics. A Certified Financial Planner, Brian practiced what he preached, and recently stepped into a well-earned retirement after a distinguished career.
