Alexia Baltazar joined Bridgetown Wealth Management in 2026, bringing over 15 years of experience across operations, financial services, and client-centered industries. She collaborates across different parts of the firm, supporting systems, processes, and team dynamics that drive both operational efficiency and a high-quality client experience. Originally from Sacramento, California, Alexia moved to Los Angeles to attend California State University, LA, where she earned a degree in Sociology. Her interest in human behavior and relationships informs her professional approach, enhancing both her problem-solving and focus on client experience.
In addition to her work at Bridgetown, Alexia serves as Administrative Manager for the Rotary Club of Portland and is a member of its Board of Directors. She is also an active member of the Junior League of Portland, contributing to community impact through volunteerism and leadership.
Outside of work and community service, Alexia enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband, Johnell, are proud parents to their daughter, Makaia, and stay busy supporting her many pursuits - whether in academics, performing arts, or sports. Their home in Tualatin is filled with lively chaos, thanks to their daughter, dog, two cats, and two guinea pigs.
