Since joining Waddell & Reed in 2007 Phil has been committed to providing his clients with the advice, service, and support they need to help pursue their financial goals. Phil is an Oregon native and he spends time volunteering at Snow Cap and is involved with FPA & local Portland Rotaries. He also enjoys traveling, running and spending time with family.
